Together with world-leading multi-disciplinary building science centre, BRE, Cardiff University is developing a greenhouse gas emissions forecasting tool on behalf of Welsh Government, who will use it to inform the setting of appropriate targets and carbon budgets for the entire country and quantify policies and proposals to be contained in the Low Carbon Delivery Plan.
